Terms of service

CreateWith (createwith.dev) is a trading name of a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that operator. “You” means whoever is using the service, whether that is a person at a keyboard or an AI agent acting for one.

Reach us at hello@createwith.dev. That address is monitored by a person, not a bot.

CreateWith helps brands find Twitch streamers worth partnering with. It does two different things, and the difference decides what you pay:

• Discovery — search, rankings, trend data and channel profiles, built from public Twitch data that we poll on a schedule and store ourselves. This is free, and is intended to stay free.
• Research — dossiers and enrichment jobs: our own compiled picture of a creator’s presence beyond Twitch. This is our work rather than Twitch’s data, and it is what credits buy.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch or Amazon.

• An account needs an email address and nothing else. Signing in to /account uses a magic link — there is no password to lose.
• An API key is shown once, when it is created, and we keep only a hash of it. Keep it somewhere your future sessions can read. Anything done with your key counts as done by you.
• If a key leaks, revoke it at /account and make a new one. Tell us if you think it was used before you noticed.
• We may suspend an account for abuse, for non-payment, or after a card chargeback. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why first.

Every new account gets 200 free calls. Reads and searches also work with no key at all, metered per IP address per day, so an agent can try the service before deciding it wants an account.

We can change these allowances. The API’s own documents carry the current numbers, and they are the version that counts.

• Credits are prepaid, priced in US dollars, and bought in fixed packs ($5, $20, $100) through Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• You are credited exactly what you paid: a $20 pack becomes $20 of balance. There is no bonus tier and no surcharge.
• Right now every price is $0, so nothing draws down a balance. When prices do go live we will tell account holders by email first, and the price list will be visible at /account and in the API before it applies to anything.
• Credits do not expire. They are not transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn as money.

Unspent credits are refundable. Email hello@createwith.dev from the address on the account and we will refund the unspent balance to the original card. We do not put a time limit on this; credits you did not use are your money.

Credits already spent on calls we served are not refundable, because the work is done. If something we served was broken, that is a different conversation and we would rather have it than not.

If you are a consumer rather than a business, none of this affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

A chargeback reverses the credits it paid for and suspends the account while we work out what happened.

Use the service to find and evaluate creators for campaigns. Do not:

• redistribute or resell bulk output as a competing dataset or feed;
• work around the rate limits, the guest caps, or the account system — including by minting accounts to dodge them;
• use anything here to harass, dox, or discriminate against a creator;
• scrape the website to get around the API, which is the supported and cheaper route anyway.

Automated clients are welcome — the service is built for them. An agent acting on your behalf is bound by these terms exactly as you are.

Twitch publishes no historical data. Every trend, average and momentum figure here is computed from snapshots we collected by polling on a schedule, which has two honest consequences: our history starts when our collection started, and a metric is an estimate from a sample rather than a reading from Twitch’s own books.

Where we do not have enough history for a figure to mean anything, the API returns nothing rather than a plausible-looking number. That is deliberate.

Research dossiers are compiled from public sources, cite those sources, and carry a confidence score. Treat them as a well-researched starting point, not as verified fact. Do not make an irreversible commercial commitment on the strength of a single figure or a single dossier without checking it.

We aim to keep the service up and quick, but there is no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. Endpoints may change; the API index and the generated documents carry the current contract, and we try hard not to break things agents depend on.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change affects prices or your rights in a material way, account holders get 30 days’ notice by email.

The service is provided “as is”. So far as the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of £100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or a campaign that did not work.

You can stop at any time. Email us to close the account and we will delete your login, revoke your keys and refund any unspent credits — the full route is in our privacy policy.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. If we end it for abuse or fraud, unspent credits are not refunded; otherwise they are.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
