Terms of service

CreateWith (createwith.dev) is a trading name of a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. “We”, “us” and “our” mean that operator. “You” means whoever is using the service, whether that is a person at a keyboard or an AI agent acting for one.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. The service is intended for professional creator discovery and partnership research.

CreateWith helps brands find Twitch streamers worth partnering with. It does two different things, and the difference decides what you pay:

• Discovery — search, rankings, trend data and channel profiles, built from public Twitch data that we poll on a schedule and store ourselves. Discovery is available through a free allowance or Premium.
• Research — existing dossiers: our own compiled picture of a creator’s presence beyond Twitch. This is our compiled research. Coverage varies by creator. New commissioned research is not included.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Twitch or Amazon.

• An account needs an email address and nothing else. Signing in to /account uses a magic link — there is no password to lose.
• An API key is shown once, when it is created, and we keep only a hash of it. Keep it somewhere your future sessions can read. Anything done through your authorized credentials or connected clients is your responsibility. Tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized use.
• If a key leaks, revoke it at /account and make a new one. Tell us if you think it was used before you noticed.
• We may suspend an account for abuse, for non-payment, or after a card chargeback. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why first.

Connecting an AI client authorizes it to request data using your account. The same allowances and acceptable-use rules apply across the website, API keys and MCP connections. Review tool results and permissions before relying on them or taking action.

The client provider has its own terms, privacy practices and fees. A CreateWith subscription does not include that provider’s subscription. Disconnecting a client in your account stops its future access; it does not cancel Premium or remove information the client already received. We do not guarantee compatibility with every client or approval in any third-party directory.

Free accounts receive 100 successful data calls per calendar month, shared across API keys and MCP connections. Allowances reset at midnight UTC on the first of each month and do not roll over.

Anonymous REST access allows five data calls or 25 returned creator rows per IP address per UTC day. MCP data calls require sign-in. Both account plans allow up to 60 requests per minute.

Successful searches, including empty searches and each page of results, profile reads, live/trending requests and first dossier-version unlocks count. Failed requests, idempotent replays, connection setup, menus, account management and shortlist presentation do not count. Reopening an unlocked dossier version stays free, including after cancellation.

Premium costs $29 USD per month under our introductory offer, renewing automatically each month until canceled.

Premium provides unlimited existing-data calls across API and MCP, subject to the 60 requests/minute speed limit and acceptable-use terms below. There is no monthly call cap. Existing dossiers are included where available; coverage and suitability are not guaranteed.

Your introductory $29 monthly price continues while you remain continuously subscribed. Canceling and later resubscribing uses the offer then available. Card details are handled by Stripe. Your account shows payment confirmation and subscription status.

Manage payments or cancel online through your account. Cancellation stops renewal; Premium continues through the paid period. A failed renewal does not extend paid access. Previously unlocked dossier versions remain available.

Legacy prepaid credit balances are retained and are not automatically converted or spent by this subscription plan. New credit purchases are unavailable.

For subscription refunds, billing errors or a service problem, email hello@createwith.dev from your account address. Canceling renewal does not itself request a refund. A full refund or payment dispute may suspend Premium while the payment is reviewed.

Where consumer law applies, statutory cancellation, refund and service-quality rights continue to apply. Any request to begin service during a statutory cancellation period, and any legally required acknowledgement, must be handled in the applicable purchase flow; these terms alone do not waive those rights.

Unspent legacy credits remain refundable to the original payment method; email us to request this. Nothing in these terms removes statutory consumer rights.

Use the service to find and evaluate creators for campaigns. Do not:

• redistribute or resell bulk output as a competing dataset or feed;
• work around the rate limits, the guest caps, or the account system — including by minting accounts to dodge them;
• use anything here to harass, dox, or discriminate against a creator;
• scrape the website to get around the API, which is the supported and cheaper route anyway.

Automated clients are welcome — the service is built for them. A person or organisation authorizing an agent remains responsible for its permitted use. We do not transfer ownership of Twitch, creator or other third-party content. You may use results for your internal evaluation and campaign work, subject to these terms and applicable third-party rights. Do not present unverified research as established fact.

Twitch publishes no historical data. Every trend, average and momentum figure here is computed from snapshots we collected by polling on a schedule, which has two honest consequences: our history starts when our collection started, and a metric is an estimate from a sample rather than a reading from Twitch’s own books.

Where we do not have enough history for a figure to mean anything, the API returns nothing rather than a plausible-looking number. That is deliberate.

Research dossiers are compiled from public sources, cite those sources, and carry a confidence score. Treat them as a well-researched starting point, not as verified fact. Do not make an irreversible commercial commitment on the strength of a single figure or a single dossier without checking it.

We aim to keep the service up and quick, but there is no uptime guarantee and no service level agreement. Endpoints may change; the API index and the generated documents carry the current contract, and we try hard not to break things agents depend on.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. If a change affects prices or your rights in a material way, account holders get 30 days’ notice by email.

The service is provided “as is”. So far as the law allows, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete coverage or fitness for a particular campaign. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory service-quality rights or any warranty that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

For business users, and only to the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for claims arising from the service is capped at the greater of £100 and the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost business, or a campaign that did not work. These business limitations do not remove any mandatory consumer remedies.

You can stop at any time. Email us to close the account and we will delete your login and revoke API keys and connected-client access, subject to the retention described in our privacy policy. Cancel Premium in your account before closure, or ask us to stop renewal as part of the closure request. Subscription refunds are handled under section 6; eligible unspent legacy credits remain refundable. The full route is in our privacy policy.

We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms. If we end it for abuse or fraud, any payment or credit adjustment remains subject to applicable law and section 6. If we permanently discontinue paid service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the unused portion of the prepaid subscription period.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of mandatory protections or court rights in the country where you live.
